An ensemble of Congolese and Belgian filmmakers joins forces to find common ground. Their project: to tell a story of Kinshasa during Congo's delayed elections. The task is difficult – it is a fraught time in a city that already has a love/hate relationship with cameras – but the filmmakers take the challenge head on, and generate a snapshot of street-level resistance that reflects back on their effort to achieve a collective voice.
